Corporate Legal Counsel

As Corporate Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for all legal matters within the global organization, reporting to the Group Legal & Indirect Procurement Manager.

The responsibilities for this position are:

• You will provide legal support and business-oriented legal advice in the broadest sense and in particular on commercial contracts.
• You will assist with the review and management of all types of legal and compliance issues within the group, including data privacy, anti-corruption, and competition law.
• You will proactively manage disputes and claims with third parties.
• You will support and advise various internal stakeholders within the business units, including finance, operations, and sales.

Qualifications required are:

• You are qualified with a Masters Belgium Law Degree.
• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department in corporate and commercial law.
• You are fluent in written and spoken English. Dutch or French is a plus.
• You are well-organized, punctual, have a can-do attitude, and can solve practical problems.
• You communicate effectively and have excellent networking skills.
