• Job Opportunity: Temp Senior HR Business Partner (Immediate Start)
  
  Securex Outsourcing Solutions is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join a major retail player for a minimum of 3 months (4/5th or full-time).
  
  Role Description:
  Handle requests from employees working at the service center headquarters. This diverse population includes finance, IT, e-commerce, coders, and COMEX members.
  Roll out talent management programs.
  Implement performance management programs for this population.
  Languages:
  - Dutch/French: Excellent bilingual skills are essential.
  - English: A plus. If the consultant speaks good English, they can lead the population in teams such as e-commerce.
  
  Full-time or 4/5th.
  Teleworking: 1 to 2 days per week.
  Location: Zaventem 'Headquarters'.
